Rental Reservations:
We require a 50% deposit to reserve equipment, we accept major credit & debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express).
If the order is cancelled prior to delivery the following cancellation charges apply:
If cancelled greater than 30 days prior to event 10% of the total
If cancelled between 11-30 days prior to event 25% of the total
If cancelled between 10 - 2 days prior to event 50% of the total
If cancelled 48 hours prior to the event 100% of the total
Standard Delivery Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
*Other times can be arranged including weekend and late night for an additional charge
Delivery team will unload and move 25 feet from the truck. Stairs and elevators constitue an additional fee.
